PRODUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS AND ANALYSES
Production of assessment and analyses which are an integral part of design documentation, such as:
– Environmental Impact Assessment,
– Landscape Image and Character Analysis
– Natural Resource Inventory
– Urban Green Infrastructure Analysis
– Analysis of the Current State of Green Spaces

TECHNICAL CONTROL
Includes verification of:
Conformity with all terms and conditions and regulations contained in location requirements;
Conformity with the law and other legislation, technical regulations, norms, and quality standards;
Mutual conformity of all parts of the technical documentation;
Conformity of the design with the results of previous survey (previous works);
Correctness and accuracy of the technical-technological solutions;
Environmental impact and impact on nearby structures;
Fulfilment of basic requirements for the structure.

DESIGNER SUPERVISION
During each phase of building construction, i.e. work execution, the Investor may secure designer supervision, which includes:
– Control whether the construction is carried out according to the construction permit or the decision on the approval for reconstruction, that is, according to the construction permit design or the conceptual design for reconstruction and the detailed design, as well as taking measures in a timely manner in case the works deviate from the said designs;
– Control and quality control of the execution of all types of work and the application of regulations, standards, and technical norms, including technical regulations, the integral part of which are standards that define mandatory technical measures and conditions that ensure unimpeded movement and access to persons with disabilities, children, and the elderly;
– Control and verification of the amount of executed works (verification of construction logs, interim and final certificates of payment, invoices for executed works, etc.), or the degree of work execution, if this is provided for in the contract on professional supervision with the Investor;
– Checking whether there is evidence of the quality of materials, equipment, and installations (attestation, certificates, test reports, etc.);
– Providing necessary instructions to the contractor, especially in the case of deviations from the building permit design or the conceptual design for reconstruction, i.e. the detailed design, as well as in case of a change in the construction conditions (change in the type of soil or other parameters determined by the geomechanical study, etc.);
– Regular monitoring of the construction dynamics of the structure and compliance with the agreed deadlines, if this is included in the contract on professional supervision with the investor;
– Cooperation with the designer in order to ensure the correct implementation of the design concept of the building, as well as cooperation with the contractor in the selection of detailed technological and organizational solutions for the execution of works;
– Cooperation with the contractor and the designer in the preparation of the as-built design;
– Solving other issues that arise during construction, i.e. the execution of works.

3D VISUALISATION
In landscape architecture, the use of modern programs and production of 3D models and renders plays a key role in presentation of designs, providing clients and teams a detailed overview of the planned space before the start of construction.
COUNSELLING
Counselling in landscape architecture enables clients to make use of the landscape architects’ expertise and experience in order to achieve their goals and realise their vision for the space that they wish to create. This service provides precious support and guidance during the entire designing and construction process.
